1. REGISTRATION
1.1 Registration fees
Registration fees stated at the website include participation of 1 person, who will receive the link to the event platform.
1.2 Payments
Payment is possible by credit card or by bank transfer. Please fill-out the form at the following website: https://www.toleranca.eu/conventa-academy/ . If you choose payment by invoice, Organiser will send you a pro-forma invoice with all the bank details.
1.3 Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration will be sent by the Organisers when the payment is received.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Cancellation and refund
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Organiser.
2.2 Cancellation costs:
Conventa Academy Full Access
Cancellation received before 1 April 2022 – cancellation fee will not be charged.
Cancellation after 1 April 2022 – 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
No show – 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
Individual Access – individual modules
Cancellation received 15 days before each module – cancellation fee will not be charged
Cancellation received less than 8 days before each module – 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
No show – 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
2.3 Event cancellation
If the number of registered participants will not reach the minimum, Organisers reserve the right to reschedule the education. Organiser shall inform registered participants about the canhcellation / rescheduling at least 7 days before the start of the event. If participant cannot accept the new date of the Conventa Academy, Organiser shall refund the paid fee in 8 days.
3. TECHNICAL
3.1 Technical information
Organiser will provide the link to the platform where Conventa Academy will take place 2 days before each module.
3.2 Conventa Academy BootCamp
Participants who will book the Full Access can attend the in-person educational module, that will take place on 27 August 2022 in Ljubljana. Registration do not include travel and accommodation costs.
