The new ROXANICH winery & design hotel is located in Croatia. Just below the medieval town of Motovun, surrounded by local vineyards, truffle forests and tranquil sceneries of the Istrian Mirna valley.

Built by the Austro-Hungarians in the 19th century, the building originally served as the communal wine cellar (cantina sociale).
Istrian winemaker Mladen Rožanić - Roxanich wines, redesigns the estate to become a state-of-the-art winery and design hotel. With a design that reflects the Italian 1960s aesthetics, this boutique hotel features 32 accommodation units, a bistro restaurant, a lobby bar with a cigar lounge, a wellness area, an outside heated pool, a multifunctional conference room and a large terrace with astonishing views over the Motovun vineyards and Mirna valley.
