As the organisers of Conventa, we are sincere about our mission to limit the number of exhibitors to provide an exclusive experience for all attendees. Our less-is-more approach means we offer a limited number of spots for the event:

30 places: Super Saver Rate – until 31 March 2024 (SOLD OUT)
Up to 40 places: Early-bird Fee – until 30 June 2024
Up to 35 places:  Regular Fee – until 30 November 2024
Up to 25 places:  Late Fee – from 30 November 2024 onward

Maximum 130 places: number of exhibitors in accordance with Conventa’s regenerative concept

Our LIMITED NUMBER of exhibitors ensures:

  3. MORE visibility and promotion before and during the event

THE BALANCE BETWEEN EXHIBITORS AND HOSTED BUYERS AT CONVENTA is 1.7.
In other words, the event is attended by 1.7 hosted buyers per exhibitor.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the past 17 years, Conventa has been positioned among global events (IMEX, IBTM) and boutique trade shows (M&I Forum, MCE Forums), remaining among the most important industry events (The Meetings Show, AIME and IT&CM China).

Conventa offers several advantages compared to similar events and trade shows:

  • Conventa is a regional trade show promoting providers from the New Europe region.
  • Conventa is a boutique trade show where the number of exhibitors is limited to 130.
  • We guarantee visitors 24 pre-arranged meetings (in two days, they can schedule up to 32 meetings). The meetings are conducted via the B2Match app.
  • Year-round promotion: we share news about Conventa through monthly newsletters. Early bird registration ensures you reach prospective clients in advance. Alongside Conventa’s platform, we address event organisers through Kongres Magazine’s website.
  • The registration fee includes admission to two evening dinners and two networking lunches.
