We are aware that trust placed into the hands of a professional and adaptable organiser is of crucial importance. Therefore, we have decided to execute Conventa 2021 in hybrid form to ensure all partners and participants safety and inclusiveness in the event.
We wish to see as many of you as possible in person, as personal contact is priceless. However, the reality will continue to be crafted by the pandemic. For this reason, we have prepared several measures, described in detail below:
1. CONVENTA ONE2ONE MEETINGS – Meetings with hosted buyers will be pre-arranged via the official online app. The novelty of the application is that you will be able to conduct meetings with hosted buyers, either in person or online via the video connection. Online option will only be available for registered participants who will be unable to travel to Ljubljana due to the epidemiological situation.
2. CONVENTA BUTLER SERVICE – In the event that the epidemiological picture will be worse for registered exhibitors a week before the event, and they will not be able to attend the event live, we will ensure butler service – an assistant that will help you organise online meetings at your stand. The service will be available for exhibitors from countries on the red list.
3. CONVENTA MEET&GREET – Conventa is renowned for its excellent culinary experience. Regardless of the restrictions, we will ensure that lunch breaks and evening receptions will be an unforgettable experience and opportunity for additional informal meetings. We will encourage safe matchmaking in smaller groups.
4. CONVENTA HOTELS AND TRANSPORTATION – As in the past years, partner hotels will offer accommodation for exhibitors at special prices while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Transportation between hotels and venues will be organised to limit the number of individuals in vehicles in line with the guidelines published by the National Institute of Public Health. As the event will take place in the summer, we will advocate using bicycles and walking.
5. CONVENTA 10 WOWs & EXPERIENCE ZONE – As every year, Conventa will be a treasury of ideas for your events. We will surprise you with creative ideas and present technological and other solutions for organising events. From informational technologies and systems for safe event execution, congress and promotional materials, equipment for creative meetings, team-building activities…
6. CONVENTA CROSSOVER – After Conventa, we invite you to join us at Conventa Crossover, New Europe’s festival of events. With the help of select speakers, we will find answers to questions about the future of events. Conventa Crossover will also see the announcement of the Conventa Best Event Award finalists, and the best of the best will be crowned.

We understand the situation on the market and have, therefore, decided to extend the deadline for registration until the end of May 2021.
