KAVAL GROUP

The Kaval Group, known for its fine cuisine, has been in existence for 20 years. It is a culinary story with exclusive restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, pasta production, pastry shop and catering in Ljubljana. As the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, we are especially proud of our chef Igor Jagodič from the Archer Restaurant at Ljubljana Castle and Mojmir Šiftar from Evergreen Restaurant, who received Gault & Millau recognitions – Igor, for the best Slovenian Chef of 2019 and Mojmir for the Young Talent of 2019.
