The legendary festival of events for creative minds celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. Held at Ljubljana Castle, the event focused on two main topics: The Perfect Pitch and the Mediterranean Cradle. Attendees learned how to craft and deliver winning event proposals and discover timeless wisdom from the cradle of civilisation.

Crossover 2025 was on a mission: to end boring events once and for all. By attending the event, atendees joined the Crossover family, contributing to shaping the future of the meetings industry. The conference kept them up to date on trends and showcased best practice cases. The No More Boring Meetings approach remained at the heart of Conventa Crossover's DNA.
The Perfect Pitch
This educational track focused on teaching how to craft and deliver winning event proposals. Attendees explored the neuroscience of persuasion, storytelling, decision-making, and stage presence, illustrated with real examples of best and worst practices. A timeless topic, tackled from new angles.
The Mediterranean Cradle
The second pathway highlighted the Mediterranean—a crossroads for meetings, both literally and figuratively. Alongside Nejc Pohar, film director and author, attendees explored whether the Mediterranean truly is the centre of the world.
