How many hosted buyers can join the two-day event?
We limit the number of hosted buyers to 25 to ensure the meetings with local suppliers are intimate, fruitful and meaningful.
Are transport and accommodation ensured for hosted buyers?
We cover the transport and accommodation costs for every hosted buyer.
How many meetings are scheduled to take place?
The meetings are scheduled to take place on the second day of the event, but there are numerous opportunities for relaxed networking throughout the event. On average, each hosted buyer can host over two dozen meetings.
Who organises the local tours and site visits?
The local site visits and destination tours are organised by local tourism organisations in partnership with local suppliers and the organisers. The tours are organised to offer exclusive, unrivalled experiences of the local destination.
Are all destinations located in the “so-called” New Europe region?
We predominantly aim to highlight undiscovered destinations in our region, but we invite all destinations to join our Explore events.
How many local suppliers join the event?
We limit the number of local suppliers to 25 to ensure the right balance between hosted buyers and suppliers.
Is the event curated for incentive travel organisers?
Yes, we also invite incentive travel organisers to find new destinations for their events. The local tours unveil best-kept secrets that only locals know.
