
Conventa enters a new era with a holistic rebranding

Rebranding for the future while staying true to our roots
In 2025, Conventa marks its 18th anniversary, a symbolic milestone of maturity. Over the years, we have grown far beyond a single annual trade show, becoming a dynamic platform where professionals meet, explore, and create together. Our evolution has brought new event formats, services, and audiences, and with that, the need for a refreshed look and clearer structure.
Why rebrand now?
Our mission remains unchanged: to organise sustainable and regenerative events that leave destinations in a better state than before. But to stay aligned in a fast-changing world, we needed to refine how we present ourselves, both visually and digitally.
Partnering with brand designer Luka Kopajtič, web developer Tamara Demir, content creator Jure Čad and project manager Neža Brezovnik, we took a deep dive into the essence of Conventa.
The result is a modernised visual identity, an intuitive website, and a clear event system that reflects who we are today, and where we’re headed tomorrow.

A visual language for the future
The iconic green colour that has defined Conventa since the very beginning remains our trademark, symbolising sustainability and connection with nature and destinations. Now, it is joined by pearl white, representing balance and maturity, and bright pink, bringing the energy of new beginnings, boldness and innovation, and navy blue, resembling earned stability.
Our refreshed logo retains the symbolic fan, which is a metaphor for bringing together diverse ideas, people, and expertise, subtly adapted for today’s digital environment.
Three pillars, one platform
To make our growing portfolio clearer, our long-standing motto Explore, Meet, Create has evolved into three distinct pillars:
- Conventa Meet – The legendary annual trade show, connecting leading regional suppliers with top hosted buyers from around the world. For our 18th edition, we are looking ahead to regenerative events where every meeting creates real value and connects people through an experience-based programme.
- Conventa Explore – A boutique, two-day experience that brings attendees to lesser-known destinations in New Europe and beyond. Combining authentic local experiences with targeted business meetings, it’s a unique way to discover new opportunities. In 2025, the format debuts in Bratislava and Podgorica.
- Conventa Create – Our hub of creativity, uniting events such as Conventa Crossover and the Conventa Best Event Award competition. Here, attendees transform from passive listeners into active co-creators, and we get to manifest our craziest ideas.
A website built for our community
Our rebrand wouldn’t be complete without a new digital home. The redesigned website offers:
- Clear navigation tailored to organisers, exhibitors, and hosted buyers
- Faster, more stable performance across all devices
- Centralised event information and simplified registration
- A visually rich, user-friendly experience before, during, and after the event
While our registration process still requires detailed information (after all, we pride ourselves on quality connections), the new structure ensures that the journey is smoother, clearer, and more enjoyable.
Balancing innovation and tradition
The rebranding is not about starting over, but about evolving, while keeping our values intact.
Conventa continues to connect people, destinations, and businesses, now with a stronger digital presence and a cohesive structure that supports long-term growth.
