Newly opened Adriatic hotels that will charm guests in 2025

At the peak of the summer tourist season, we checked which hotels opened their doors this year on the eastern coast of the Adriatic. We primarily focused on hotels that offer modern event halls alongside exceptional offerings.

As in recent years, copious investments have been directed at seafront hotels. There have been new developments, comprehensive renovations and openings, predominantly in the segment of sustainable, year-round hotels. This year has shown there is no end in sight for investments into luxury and sustainable hotels that can host business events. Above all, boutique five-star hotels are mushrooming. Their refined, polished offerings and smaller capacities cater to the high-end MICE players.

Here are the latest openings in 2025 that are changing the map of business and leisure tourism in the Adriatic.

HYATT REGENCY ZADAR

The hotel, with 133 spacious rooms and suites, is poised to be distinguished by elegant design and superb gastronomical offerings. MONUMENTI HERITAGE HOTEL&RESORT

One of the most anticipated five-star hotels in Croatia welcomed its first guests in the first half of May. The property is located on the site of the former Austro-Hungarian barracks and features an indoor heated pool, spa centre, wellness, saunas, jacuzzi and fitness. One of the highlights is the conference hall with a bar and meeting rooms that will accommodate up to 400 guests.
