Slovenian gastronomy continues to extend its influence beyond national borders. One of the most recognisable names in contemporary European cuisine, chef Ana Roš, has opened the first international location of her casual dining concept JAZ by Ana Roš in Poreč, on Croatia’s Adriatic coast.

The new restaurant marks an important step in the international development of Roš’s culinary vision. Following the success of JAZ in Ljubljana, the concept now arrives at the Jadran Heritage Hotel on Poreč’s seaside promenade, developed in partnership with Valamar, Croatia’s leading hospitality company.
