Messe Congress Graz presents new summer format for meetings

The SUMMER STRATEGY DAY is a compact offsite meeting format. Instead of long hours spent in conventional meeting rooms, the MCG’s exhibition park provides the ideal setting for focused strategy sessions, team offsites and workshops. Surrounded by greenery, under the open sky and away from the daily office routine, an environment is created that encourages concentration, fresh perspectives and productive discussions.

The SUMMER STRATEGY DAY is designed for companies looking to make the most of the summer season – whether for team-building activities, leadership meetings, retreats, strategy and innovation workshops, employee events, and much more.

OUT OF OFFICE. INTO FOCUS.

This format combines professional infrastructure with a relaxed summer atmosphere. Rather than enclosed meeting spaces, the focus is on open-air settings, fresh air and plenty of room for productive collaboration. MCG takes care of all organisational arrangements–from seating layouts and moderation equipment to catering services. This lets participants focus entirely on content, exchange, and results.

TWO FORMATS. ONE GOAL.

(1) HALF-DAY FOCUS: The compact strategy day for teams looking to achieve tangible results within a limited timeframe: 08.00-14:00

(2) 1-DAY RESET: A full day dedicated to strategy, reflection and realignment: 08:00-17:00

Available booking period: 13 July – 4 September 2026.

Number of participants: Minimum 15, maximum 80 participants

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: AFTERWORK DRINKS & DJ

After a successful strategy day, conversations can continue in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. An individual afterwork setting with drinks and a DJ provides the perfect way to round off the day.
