Location and mobility recommendations
Main part of event will be held in Grand Hotel Union, Miklošičeva cesta 1, 1000 Ljubljana
Ljubljana is a very walkable city, so we encourage you to walk whenever it’s convenient. Transfers to the venues will be organised only from/to Four Points by Sheraton Mons Ljubljana and One66 Hotel.
When planning you travel to Ljubljana, consider also train, bus or car sharing. If you’re flying in, we recommend booking your transfer in advance with Go.Opti, our shuttle partner.

As in previous years, we will use the B2Match platform for prescheduled meetings.
• Tuesday, 5 January – Instructions for creating your B2Match profile are sent
• Tuesday, 19 January – Deadline for creating B2Match profile, Hosted buyers will start sending invitations

Conventa Experience Crawl
This year, we are introducing a new programme feature designed to help you create deeper, more meaningful interactions. Conventa Experience Crawl is an afternoon activity we designed to facilitate networking through unique experiences. It will take place on 10 and 11 February 2027, from 15:00 to 17:30 across six unique venues in the city centre of Ljubljana. Find more detiled instructions in our Survival Guide.

Is Conventa just another tabletop trade show?
No, Conventa provides suppliers with unique exhibitor booths that they can personalise according to their needs. Our exhibitor booths ensure you can host meetings in a relaxed atmosphere and host meetings that matter.
How big is the exhibitor booth?
The basic exhibitor booth measures four square metres. For an extra fee, you can purchase additional booth space.
Are the accommodation and transport covered?
No, we do not cover the costs of the transport and accommodation for suppliers. However, we do provide access to all networking events, luncheons, evening receptions and educational events.
How do I find the relevant clients for my company?
Conventa’s promise is to bring the best global hosted buyers to Ljubljana.
