Conventa Experience Crawl
Conventa experience crawl: A new way to connect
This year, we are introducing a new programme feature designed to help you create deeper, more meaningful interactions with buyers.
Conventa Experience Crawl is an afternoon activity we designed to facilitate networking through unique experiences. It will take place on 11 and 12 February 2026, from 15:00 to 17:30 across six unique venues in the city centre of Ljubljana. Each venue will host around 20 of Conventa’s suppliers. In two days, 180 handpicked hosted buyers will visit each location and meet the host countries and other suppliers through an experience we named The Art of Meetings. The programme will be curated in close partnership with Tourism Ljubljana and the official teambuilding agency of Conventa. As a preview, we can share that it will include speed dating and interactive networking activities.

Is Conventa just another tabletop trade show?
No, Conventa provides suppliers with unique exhibitor booths that they can personalise according to their needs. Our exhibitor booths ensure you can host meetings in a relaxed atmosphere and host meetings that matter.
How big is the exhibitor booth?
The basic exhibitor booth measures four square metres. For an extra fee, you can purchase additional booth space.
Are the accommodation and transport covered?
No, we do not cover the costs of the transport and accommodation for suppliers. However, we do provide access to all networking events, luncheons, evening receptions and educational events.
How do I find the relevant clients for my company?
Conventa’s promise is to bring the best global hosted buyers to Ljubljana. We ensure they cover a diverse field of event organising segments - from incentive, corporate and teambuilding events to car launches. Are lunch and dinner included in the package?
Yes, all suppliers can indulge in our networking luncheons and dinners. We partner with leading local catering companies, which have adopted a “farm-to-fork” concept, integrating local, seasonal and ecological ingredients into their dishes. Our catering companies guarantee quality gastronomy that respects the local environment.
How many meetings can we host?
The maximum number of meetings you can host is 34. We ensure that you meet the hosted buyers with genuine interest in your business.
